Welcome to Moffatt Grace Design.
I’m Victoria Grace, the face behind-the-scenes managing your full-scale renovation, designing your new space, or staging your home for sale. I collaborate with industry professionals and vendors to deliver above and beyond the design vision. We show up as a community to turn a concept into reality!
Creativity and problem-solving always played a big role in my life. I was the kid rearranging her bedroom furniture to find the optimal layout, and obsessively watching Sarah Richardson’s “Room Service” on TV. I’ve always believed that a home should be a space that makes you feel not only calm and happy, but also proud.
In adulthood, my A-type personality led me to the conventional route of going to university, and then climbing the corporate ladder. But while I was getting my Master’s degree, leading huge teams, and managing major projects at a Fortune 500 company, something was pulling me back to interior design.
In 2016, my husband and I decided to start investing in real estate. This quickly turned into the foundations for MGD, where I was finally able to use my innate creativity to design high-end spaces, while applying the business acumen I had learned in the corporate world.
Over the years, I’ve gained experience leading renovations, designing and decorating functional new builds, and staging listings. MGD has cultivated a collaborative framework, including realtors, contractors and engineers so we can handle any challenge that comes our way.
Meet the Team
Stuart Daly
Realtor/Logistics Manager
With a business degree in Housing and Real Estate Development and a background in banking, Stuart lives and breathes real estate. His experience working with large developers and his knowledge in real estate financing is extensive. Stuart oversees the logistics for MGD staging, coordinating movers and getting the furniture where it needs to be. As a realtor and a key player in MGD staging, he has seen the power of staging on house sales.
Angie Wiseman
Project Manager - Design & Marketing
Angie is an award-winning marketing and communications professional. She had a long career in higher education before taking the leap into the design world by buying, renovating and completely redesigning a 4,000 square foot event space. After over a decade of writing, art directing photo shoots and magazine layouts, her keen eye for details and project management mixed with her love for design make her the perfect project manager for our design clients.
Liz Smith
Design Assistant - Drawings and Concepts
Liz is a dynamic design professional with a diverse background in creating harmonious and functional spaces. With a diploma in interior decorating from Fanshawe College and multiple years in the design industry, she seamlessly blends aesthetics and functionality. Liz's skillful use of renderings, layouts and elevations helps to bring MGD's concepts to life.
Sherry Simon
Staging Manager
Sherry has been transforming spaces through staging with successful results and rave reviews for over seven years. As an artist and designer with a long career in real estate, Sherry has a unique advantage in knowing what appeals to the largest markets. Her passion for design and keen eye for detail makes her the perfect fit as Staging Manager.
Meghan Morris
Staging Team Lead/Warehouse Manager
Meaghan is an experienced and professional Home Stager and Interior Decorator. She loves having the opportunity to create inspiring spaces through smart design, modern style and functionality. Meaghan received her Home Staging certification through Seneca College as well as Short Term Rental Styling and the Master Colour Consultant course through The Staging Studio, a prestigious RESA accredited training provider.
Sammi Halbouni
Staging Assistant
Sammi has a background in operations administration and finance. She runs her own bookkeeping business but is also passionate about design. As part of the staging team, she is always researching design styles and staying on top of trends. When Sammi isn’t working with the MGD staging team, she can be found with her horse, Teddy
