DELIVERY OR PICKUP
We’ll let you know when your order is out for delivery via email. If you chose pickup, contact us to setup an appointment to pickup.

COMPLETE PURCHASE
In the checkout page, provide your address to see if we offer delivery to your area. If we do, a flat rate of $15 will be added to your order if it’s under $100. If not, you can select Local Pickup.

Our deliveries are done on Tuesdays and Fridays from 3-6pm.

Local pickup is at our warehouse at 11180 Melrose Drive, Komoka, Ontario. Please setup an appointment by emailing us at hello@moffattgracedesign.com before coming to pickup your order.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to exchange it or offer you a credit within five days of receiving your order. Please note that as a small business we cannot extend this timeline. We do not offer a full cash refund.
To be eligible for an exchange or a credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
